Over her career, Alana has held roles across property management, business development, letting, and office management — giving her a well-rounded understanding of every aspect of the industry. She has managed diverse portfolios spanning inner-city apartments, city fringe residences and South Auckland properties, developing a keen eye for matching the right tenants to the right properties and ensuring owners enjoy a seamless, stress-free experience. Alana has a particular strength in new business development, skilfully guiding owners from the very first conversation through the appraisal process, onto securing quality tenants, and personally managing those relationships with care and professionalism. Her broad industry background means she understands the needs of both landlords and tenants alike, and she takes pride in building long-term relationships founded on trust, transparency, and results.

When she's not looking after her clients, you'll find Alana spending time with her husband, family, and three granddaughters.
